About the Role

As a Certified Nurse Aide Trainee , you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge under the guidance of our experienced nursing team. You will participate in our comprehensive training program, which focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of compassion and respect. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Attending to patients' physical and emotional needs, including feeding, toileting, and transferring
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) training program or have completed the program within the past 6 months
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
