ABOUT THE ROLE
As an RN at Avir at Brownwood, you will play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, and individualized care to our residents.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies
- Assessing residents and monitoring changes in condition
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Communicating changes in resident condition to the appropriate healthcare providers
- Collaborating with CNAs, LVNs, physicians, therapy, and other members of the care team
- Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supporting quality care and positive resident outcomes
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Current Texas RN license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Commitment to providing quality resident care
