We are an exceptional, team-oriented healthcare organization seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our nursing leadership team. We provide our staff with the resources, tools, and support needed to succeed and grow in their current and future positions.
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will work closely with the Director of Nursing to support daily nursing operations, clinical excellence, staff development, and quality resident care.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations
- Support and provide guidance to nursing staff
- Help maintain high standards of resident care and clinical quality
- Assist with staffing, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes
Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):
- Previous Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) or nursing leadership experience preferred
- Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
