As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Our skilled nursing facility is committed to delivering high-quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team on a part-time basis.
About the Role
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Provide emotional support and compassion to residents and their families
Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and develop appropriate care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and report any changes in resident conditions to the healthcare team
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
