We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg, a skilled nursing facility located in Jonesburg, MO. Our mission is to provide the highest quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and we are committed to enhancing the lives of everyone we touch.

About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and observational care
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and conditions
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participating in resident assessments and care reviews
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid license in Missouri.
  • Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to lift/move residents as needed, stand/walk for extended periods.
