Shift: 12hrs. +Rotating Weekends. Full-Time Day. Full-Time Night
Pay Rate: LPN $40hr. RN $45hr

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/RN to join our team as a LPN/RN Contract Position. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct daily rounds, monitoring resident condition, and reporting any changes to the care team
- Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure best practices are followed
- Demonstrate a commitment to our organization's values of compassion, respect, and dignity
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Missouri
- Experience as an LPN or RN in a long-term care setting or related field setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
