What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
- Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with all health regulations and quality standards .
- Take an active role in facility surveys and inspections , and assist with implementing improvements to elevate patient care.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
- Strong commitment to compassionate care , resident safety, and professional excellence
- Excellent team collaboration skills and a passion for improving the quality of life for those we serve
