You'll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, supported and cared for each day.
You'll
- Assist residents with medications, treatments and health monitoring
- Respond compassionately to resident needs and changes in condition
- Communicate important resident updates to nurses and other members of the care team
- Help ensure medications are administered safely and accurately
- Support and guide care team members during your shift
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Help create a warm, welcoming environment where residents can thrive
You'll Be Great on This Team If You Have
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
