Position: Independent Contractor / Per-Plan Basis
Compensation: Competitive, based on services provided
Ameriwell Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated BCBA to develop individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We currently have an opportunity for a client in Lakewood, NJ , with potential for additional cases.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
- Train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on proper implementation of behavior support strategies.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and support teams.
- Provide ongoing guidance, monitoring, and plan updates as needed.
- Ensure compliance with NJ DDD requirements.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with NJ DDD requirements preferred.
- Strong communication and staff training skills.
