Job Description
The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for assisting with the completion of visit notes, tracking and obtaining signed orders from medical practitioners.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years recent work experience, preferably in customer service or home care.
- Strong verbal skills and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
