Available Shifts: Weekend Day Shift, 7am-3pm

Salary Range: $50/hr to $60/hr
Responsibilities of the Weekend RN Supervisor - LTC
- Will provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, and maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
- Supervise and support nursing staff during the assigned shift.
- Oversee resident care and ensure that nursing needs are being met.
- Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes in health status.
- Assist with clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation.
- Ensure proper medication administration and adherence to nursing standards.
- Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and facility management as needed.
- Address staffing and clinical issues that arise during the shift.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
Qualifications of the Weekend RN Supervisor - LTC
- Must have current New York RN license
- Previous nursing supervisory experience preferred
- Must have long term care or skilled nursing facility experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
