Always Best Care Senior Services - The Woodlands is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and highly experienced Caregiver to join our amazing team!
Location: MONTGOMERY, TX 77356
Shift: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Schedule: Morning Shift
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of professional Caregiving experience.
- Must be able to work independently in the field with confidence and professionalism.
- Previous experience caring for seniors with Dementia and Alzheimer's disease is REQUIRED.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Memory Care.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation REQUIRED.
- Must be patient, compassionate, dependable, and attentive to seniors individual needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable around small dogs. NO PET CARE RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and supportive environment.
- Apply appropriately dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory care techniques.
- Monitor and communicate changes in the clients condition.
- Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.
