About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Assistants to join our team at Alpine Care of St, Charles. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to provide high-quality patient care, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with meals, hydration, and ambulation
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to licensed staff
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
- Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant in the State of Illinois
- High school diploma or equivalent required
