WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Medication Aide / Med Tech, you'll play an important role in helping our residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with self-administration of medications in accordance with Virginia regulations and community policies.
Accurately documenting medication assistance and resident care.
Providing assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Monitoring residents and communicating changes or concerns to nursing leadership.
Developing positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
Supporting activities that encourage resident engagement and well-being.
Helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and comfortable community.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Current Virginia Medication Aide / RMA Certification – Required
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to successfully complete required background screenings.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.
Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus!
