About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated RN Clinical Specialist to join our team of compassionate caregivers. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care to residents with diverse needs, including those with chronic conditions, disabilities, and rehabilitation requirements.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Leading and mentoring staff members, promoting a culture of excellence, and supporting continuous learning and growth.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives , identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving change through data-driven solutions.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- ADN or BSN in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Vermont
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients, as needed
- Has or is willing to complete Wound Care Certification
- 10K sign on bonus over 5 years
