Location: Riverton, Wyoming
Are you looking for an opportunity where you can step into an established practice, build on an existing patient base, and grow your career from day one? We have a great opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join an established dental practice in Riverton, Wyoming, as the current dentist prepares for retirement.
Unlike opportunities where you need to spend years building a patient base, this position offers the chance to step into an active schedule, develop relationships with established patients, and make a meaningful impact in the community.
Whether you're an experienced dentist ready to take the next step or a motivated new graduate looking for the right environment to grow, this opportunity offers clinical autonomy, strong earning potential, and the possibility of future practice partnership.
Why You'll Love This Opportunity
- Established Patient Base: Step into an existing patient schedule as the current dentist transitions toward retirement.
- Earning Potential: Build your income through production while caring for an established patient population.
- Partnership Potential: Explore the possibility of a future equity buy-in and long-term ownership.
- Clinical Autonomy: Exercise your professional judgment and provide care based on what's best for your patients.
- Experienced Team: Work alongside a team that understands the practice, its patients, and the local community.
- Modern Practice Environment: Access established systems, equipment, and resources to support comprehensive dental care.
- Meaningful Patient Relationships: Build on the trust and relationships developed by the retiring dentist.
- Long-Term Career Growth: Take an active role in the continued success of the practice and build a rewarding professional future.
What You'll Do
As an Associate Dentist, you'll provide comprehensive dental care while helping ensure a smooth transition for established patients and continuing the practice's commitment to quality care.
Responsibilities include

- Diagnosing dental conditions and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Performing restorative, preventive, and other general dental procedures consistent with your training and experience.
- Building relationships with existing patients while welcoming new patients to the practice.
- Educating patients about their oral health and clearly communicating treatment recommendations.
- Maintaining continuity of care as the retiring dentist transitions out of the practice.
- Collaborating with the dental team to maintain a positive patient experience.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the practice.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a dentist who values patient relationships, takes pride in quality dentistry, and is interested in building a long-term future with an established practice.

- A patient-focused approach to treatment planning.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the dental team.
- An interest in professional growth and the potential for future partnership.

This opportunity may be especially appealing to an experienced dentist who is ready to step into an established patient base and take on a greater role in the practice's future.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation of 30% of adjusted production or a daily guarantee, whichever is higher.
