🪥 About the Role
As a Hygiene Dental Assistant, you’ll work closely with hygienists and the dental team to help create a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience for every patient. You’ll help keep the hygiene schedule running efficiently while supporting patient care and office flow.
🦷 Responsibilities May Include
- Preparing rooms for hygiene appointments
- Assisting with patient care and comfort
- Sterilizing instruments and following infection control standards
- Supporting charting and documentation as needed
- Helping with scheduling flow and patient transitions
- Turning over rooms between patients
- Supporting hygienists and team members throughout the day
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
🌱 New to dental assisting? We’re willing to train the right candidate. A great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn can go a long way.

We’re looking for someone dependable, friendly, and excited to be part of a patient-focused dental team.
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy dental office
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and caring approach with patients
- CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
