RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN SUPERVISOR
- Administering treatments and documentation
- Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs.
- Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
- Counsel patients’ families in meeting nursing-related needs.
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
QUALIFICATIONS OF AN RN SUPERVISOR
- Must have an active Certification as an RN in the state of PA
- Minimum two years of experience is required
