CNA Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Safely transfer and reposition residents
- Answer call lights promptly and provide exceptional resident care
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Promote each resident's dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable with a positive, resident-first attitude
- Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
