Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants
- Develop and implement effective unit plans, ensuring patient-centered care and optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals
- Conduct regular rounds and assess patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and reduce readmissions
- Mentor and coach staff to promote professional growth and development
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, safety, and customer service
