Your Role as a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA)
As a Medication Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents by:
- Administering medications according to physician orders and established protocols
- Ensuring accurate medication dosages and timely administration
- Monitoring residents for reactions or changes in condition
- Maintaining accurate medication documentation and records
- Collaborating closely with nursing staff and healthcare providers
- Promoting a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for residents
Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must have
- Current Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) certification in New Hampshire
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in New Hampshire
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to providing exceptional resident care
