Wapakoneta Manor, proudly part of the Luxor Healthcare family , is looking for a friendly, professional Weekend Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors.

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and family members
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Provide general administrative support to the facility
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk area
• Assist with basic clerical tasks as needed
• Ensure front desk coverage and smooth communication flow

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and phone system skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Previous receptionist or office experience preferred, but not required
