Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans
- Help residents improve daily living and functional skills
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams
- Maintain documentation and compliance standards
- Provide education to residents and families
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Ohio
- Experience in skilled nursing preferred
- Team-oriented with strong clinical skills
