What You’ll Do
- Provide non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors in their homes
- Assist with personal care and hygiene, including bathing and dressing
- Run household errands and provide transportation to and from appointments
- Handle grocery shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Monitor medication schedules and give reminders throughout the day
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months of caregiving experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Able to speak and read English
- Dementia experience preferred
- Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) / HHA preferred
- Ability to work in a facility environment preferred
