About the Role
- Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Assist with transfer, ambulation, and positioning residents
- Take vital signs and monitor resident condition
- Document resident care and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and medication management
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care , prioritizing resident needs and preferences
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and thorough records , ensuring timely documentation and communication
