As a Charge Nurse LPN or RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional medical care to our residents and patients. We are seeking talented and motivated LPN/RN professionals to join our team in Vernon, Connecticut.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients with diverse needs and requirements
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements
- Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Connecticut
