About the job
University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assisting Living Building LPN Manager to join our team in Royal Oak, MI. This role requires a licensed practical nurse with strong leadership skills to oversee the daily operations of our assisted living facility, ensuring high-quality care and support for our residents. Interviews will be schedule at our main building at 11585 Farmington Rd Livonia MI 48150.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily nursing activities within the assisted living building.
- Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of residents.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident health records and medication administration.
- Assist in staff training and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Current and valid LPN license.
- 1 year experiences
- Proven experience in a nursing management or supervisory role in assisted living or similar setting.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and dedication to delivering compassionate care.
