Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Provide basic health care services such as taking vital signs and reporting changes in resident conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Support residents’ mobility and encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Document care provided accurately and promptly according to company policies.

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed.
