Responsibilities LPN- OPIOID CLINIC Horizon Health is seeking a LPN for our clinic called Foundations Health in High Point, NC. The OTP LPN delegates, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with the interdisciplinary team members and in accordance with the nursing process and the OTP standards of care and practices.
