We’re seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support our rehabilitation team in Waterbury, CT. If you’re passionate about helping patients regain mobility and independence, we’d love to meet you.
Location: Waterbury, Connecticut
Schedule: Full-time or part-time options available
What You’ll Do
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Monitor progress and document outcomes
- Educate patients and families on recovery techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and support patients through recovery
- Experience in outpatient and home health,
