At United Care ABA , we’re more than a workplace - we’re a mission-driven team committed to improving the lives of children with autism and their families. We’re currently seeking youth aides, child care workers, teaching assistants, DSPs, and others with a passion for working with kids to join us as Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) . Whether you're already in the ABA field or just beginning your journey, we offer a supportive, collaborative environment where your growth and well-being are prioritized.

Clear Communication: From onboarding to scheduling and beyond, we prioritize transparency and responsiveness.

Professional Advancement: Grow your career in the ABA field with opportunities to deepen your skills, take on new challenges, and advance in your career.

We support you - so you can support your clients.

You’re a great fit if you have:

Experience working with children in any setting - schools, after-school programs, camps, daycare, or youth services

A passion for helping kids grow, learn, and thrive

Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you connect easily and take initiative

Reliability and attention to detail - you follow through and take pride in doing things right

Openness to training, feedback, and continuous learning
