Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) -

As a BCBA/LBA, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients to develop and implement individualized behavior plans, promoting independence, self-care, and overall well-being.
About the Role
As a BCBA/LBA at Unicare Home Care, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting initial assessments and developing comprehensive behavior plans for clients
- Implementing and modifying behavior plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address client needs and goals
- Providing training and support to caregivers and families
- Monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting plans as necessary
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and developments
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- Minimum 0 years of experience in the field of behavior analysis
- Ability to work with diverse populations, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
