We are seeking a full-time Front Office Admin Support professional to serve as a key member of our clinic operations team. Key responsibilities include:

• Greet, check in, and assist patients, visitors, and referring providers
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
• Verify insurance and registration information
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Support providers and clinic staff with administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality

Salary range: $27.74/hr - $39.36/hr

Qualifications

Demonstrated customer service experience in a professional setting

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement when handling sensitive information

Preferred:

Experience working in a healthcare, medical office, or outpatient clinic setting

Knowledge of medical terminology

Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems

Familiarity with insurance verification, referral, and appointment scheduling

Experience sup
