Travel Occupational Therapist assignment in Rehab Unit Acute at Adventist Health Clear Lake in Clearlake, CA: 13 weeks, 5 shifts of 8 hours a week, starting November 9, 2026.

Pay

• Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,536.08
• Taxable hourly rate: $25 for 36 hours a week
• Meals and incidentals stipend: $488.52 a week
• Lodging stipend: $997.56 a week
• Overtime rate: $83.86 an hour
• Taxable Completion Bonus paid after 520.00 hours: $265.57
• Sign On Bonus paid as mileage after 40.00 hours: $277.78
• Completion Bonus paid as mileage after 520.00 hours: $12.22

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience (facility/unit expectations may vary)
• Occupational Therapist license to work in the state of CA
• Current Basic Life Support certification
