What You'll Do
- Serve as first point of contact for patients, guests, and staff
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle administrative tasks such as ordering and maintaining supplies/documents
- Support the coordination and safe delivery of home health services
- Work collaboratively with clinical and office staff
