Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced, registered, and patient-oriented CT Technologist on a part-time or PRN basis for our outpatient imaging center in Aurora, CO.
Hours - Friday Coverage Needed 8:00am - 5:00pm + additional shifts as-needed for staffing coverage
Location - TMI Aurora - 3055 S Parker Rd, Aurora, CO 80014
Position Summary
The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality
Administer contrast media in accordance with physician orders and company policies
Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy
Maintain CT equipment and report any issues promptly
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and radiation safety standards
Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff
Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
Registry in Computed Tomography (CT)
Compensation is determined based on several factors, including experience, certifications, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs. Sign-on bonus, benefits and bonus eligibility vary based on position and employment status.
