We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for AM shift (7AM-3PM) to join our team at Beachside Post Acute in Torrance, California. As a CNA at our facility, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans
- Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments
- Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor
- Promote quality services within company, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Current CA nursing assistant certification
- Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting
