As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial activities of our Skilled Nursing Facility, including managing budgets, accounts receivable, and payable. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accuracy of financial records, including budgets, accounts receivable, and payable
• Supervise and mentor a team of financial staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
