As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. The Wayne Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is a premier provider of senior care, and we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our patients.
About the Role
- As a CNA, you will work closely with our skilled nursing team to provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, bathing, dressing, and feeding
- You will also assist with administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
- You will maintain accurate records of patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- You will provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, enhancing their overall quality of life
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
