The Springs of Fairfield Bay is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated rehab team. Your expertise will help residents communicate clearly, swallow safely, and regain confidence - making a lasting impact every day.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive care goals
- Document progress and contribute to patient success stories
- Educate residents, families, and staff to promote ongoing communication and safety
What You Bring
- Active Arkansas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Team-oriented approach and commitment to resident-centered care
- Passion for helping residents regain their voice and independence
