About The Role
The Orchards at Samaritan is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a FT basis. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. Pay starts at $40.00 per hour and increases based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, and cognitive disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct regular assessments and progress reports to track resident progress
- Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative therapy techniques to achieve optimal outcomes
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SNF/LTC settings
- Familiarity with Net Health system
- Licensure in the State of Michigan
