As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Mansion at Brigham, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Our Brigham Health and Rehab Facility in Newburyport, Massachusetts is committed to delivering exceptional care and services, and we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign checks
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor and report patient progress to ensure safe and effective treatment outcomes
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and treatment implementations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
• Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold patient privacy
