The Gardens at Easton is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility in Easton, PA.
The RN Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising nursing personnel while ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services.
Available Shift
PT
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the performance of nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure residents receive quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing personnel
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and promptly
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania
- Previous supervisory experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care
