Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide physical support and assistance with mobility, transfers, and exercising
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs and behavior
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Support residents with mealtime assistance, including feeding and hydration
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
