About the Role
- Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and other basic care needs
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and infection control
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming residents as needed
- Help residents with mobility and transfer needs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
- Respond to residents' calls for assistance promptly and professionally
