Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff, ensuring timely and effective interventions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Implement infection control measures and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
