Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote independence and dignity
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
- Demonstrate excellent communication and documentation skills, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to healthcare providers

Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
- Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
