At SYNERGY HomeCare of Waupaca - Marshfield Branch in Ettrick, Wisconsin, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Non-Medical Home Health Aide to join our team. About the Role
As a Non-Medical Home Health Aide, you will work closely with our clients and their families to create personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Helping with meal preparation and management
- Accompanying clients to appointments and social events
- Monitoring and documenting client progress and care plans
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients
- Developing strong relationships with clients and their families
Requirements

- Valid driver's license and Current Auto Insurance Policy
- Provide a Reliable and Safe Vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
