About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at SYNERGY HomeCare, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients in their homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing dementia care and management, including behavioral interventions and memory stimulation activities
- Maintaining accurate records of client care and reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse supervisor
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Supporting clients with medication management, meal preparation, and housekeeping tasks
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
- Experience working with individuals with dementia and other complex needs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
