About the Role
As a CNA or HHA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and assistance to our clients, many of whom are veterans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing basic care and assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with medication management and other treatments as directed by the client's healthcare team
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition to the healthcare team
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients
- Building strong relationships with clients and their families through empathy, compassion, and excellent communication skills
